Many operators are were simply not carrying out the services on their cooling systems nor their transmissions, gear boxes, differentials, power steering because of time and other factors such as the need to move equipment from site to a service agent if they are to be serviced. Simply not feasible yet this dilemma had to be rectified.

Over the last 10 years FluidMasters have built and refined a unique service system that is fitted inside our service vans and can be taken to the equipment operator instead of them having to bring their machine to a service centre or garage.

The van includes a unique pumping system designed by FluidMasters that power pressures with air to fully extract old oil and coolant, fully flushes the system and finally accurately refills with new oil or coolant to exact measurements.

This service also does the job professionally by using a powerful flushing concentrate product that is hell on dirt but kind to the machines components. Power flushing the system removes all debris, scale and dirt, as well as other contaminants within the system. The operator simply cannot carry out a service like this. Many operators just add inhibitor to the system without flushing at all, which is in direct contradiction to their manufacturer handbooks.

For the operator who considers time as invaluable and simply does not have the necessary equipment to carry out his servicing correctly we offer a very valuable service. We make an appointment with an operator and come directly to them and carry out the necessary flush and change service.

There are many competitors who claim they complete automatic transmission flush and change correctly. However when we check, in particular, the transmission after some of these services, we see that the oil is still black as they have not been able to flush the "torque Converter".
